Needed a 40 foot trailer slot for my 36 foot travel trailer. My previous storage location went out of business and spots in this area are very difficult to find. So when I got the notice of closure, I started looking immediately and found one at Prime in Dallas GA. Pricing was the same as anywhere else but because I already had a 10X10 storage container spot, I got a 20% discount so Im even happier. Billing is easy as they take credit cards and charge them monthly. One thing that is a bit of a hassle is that they require documentation from insurance companies on coverage. My agent usually handles that for me with a phone call but none of the other places Ive used before ask for that. I guess that its a liability issue for them. I presume that they have cameras on site to monitor whats going on; Ive never looked for them before. The place is tight for trailers but it can be done. Wish spots were 10x40 instead of 8X40 but those are the golden key of storage spaces and nearly impossible to find. Not open 24 hours but open enough time to get what you usually need done. Has 24 hour security. Not sure about lighting where the trailers are stored but Ive never been there at night.
